Working at the Charterhouse means joining a small friendly team of committed individuals carrying out a wide range of valued roles primarily focused on supporting the contemporary almshouse and maintaining the fabric of our historic buildings. Our team also supports public engagement with our heritage and income generation to support our charity.

Whether it is supporting the residents in our registered care home, managing our historic estate, or overseeing our commercial events, with a staff of around 70, our roles and our team are as diverse as our operations.

This role is a fixed-term strategic appointment designed to secure the funds needed to restore and develop Wash-house Court, The Norfolk Cloister, and The Chapel.
