Offering a warm welcome every Friday 10am – 12pm

Early in 2023, a group of our residents got together to set up a winter Warm Space initiative in response to the cost-of-living crisis. They particularly wanted to welcome people who were living in the area and might not otherwise visit, and to create an opportunity to build meaningful connections with our local communities. The response was so positive that they decided it should stay open all year round. It has now evolved into the Community Space and is open every Friday at 10:00 – 12:00.

Every week our residents are ready to welcome regulars and new visitors dropping by for a chat and a free hot drink in the Chapel Cloister, or anyone who would just like to come and enjoy some quiet time in our beautiful historic site.
