From medieval monastery to Tudor mansion, post-war renovation to invigorating 21st century adaptation of the Charterhouse buildings and open spaces, comprise a wealth of fascination in the heart of London. Tudor brick juxtaposed against medieval stone, windows and doorways recycled into modern entrances, elegant Victorian functionality and 1950s innovation; every element of these historic buildings breathes a story about the visionaries who have contributed to this remarkable estate, from Henry Yevele to Eric Parry and Michael Hopkins – with additional exciting news of ongoing developments.
